Description

Looking for a new roommate to share a lovely Phinney Ridge home, available either April 1st or May 1st and through October! You'd have the entire downstairs to yourself, which includes its own entrance, a living room with a fireplace, a bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette with a full-size fridge!

The space includes:
* Bedroom with closet
* Bathroom with shower
* Living room with gas fireplace
* Kitchenette with full size fridge, hot plate, toaster oven / air fryer
* Shared washer/dryer
* Shared garage

It comes furnished but we can make space if needed!

About the House:
* Blocks away from the 5 bus line that goes straight to downtown, and walking distance to lots of amazing restaurants and the zoo!
* Upstairs has a full kitchen, two bedrooms, and living room with a view of the mountains!
* Backyard has a fenced in patio with an outdoor fireplace
* Landscaping is included in the rent!
* Plenty of street-parking
* We have air-conditioning!
* You would have access to the rest of the house! Our current roommate does not cook a lot so opted for no hot plate and only uses the stove and oven sparingly, this set up works for us and would be open to figuring out what works best for all involved.

Available August 1st through November 1 (potential to renew)

    " It’s a good neighborhood, friendly , loves arts. Not as safe as 10 years ago but still safe. The new buildings kinds of take away some of the beauty though, too tall and some build too fast to be good quality, some ugly floor plans. Overall still a good neighborhood. "
  • Trulia User
    "This neighborhood is very dog friendly! Dog owners walk their dogs on a leash and pick up after them. "
  • Trulia User
    "I don’t have a regular commute, but traffic is always an issue in this area. Avoid busy times and plan ahead. "
