About this House

We currently have 25 rooms available for rent. These accommodations vary: 8 rooms include a private bathroom, while the remaining 17 share common bathroom facilities. All tenants have access to a shared kitchen and laundry area. Each room comes partially furnished with curtains, and a built-in wardrobe closet.

Rent includes all utilities, including WiFi. We offer a 6-month lease option, which conveniently aligns with the 9-month academic school year. Monthly rent ranges from $1,000 to $1,500, depending on the room and its amenities. Please note that renter's insurance is required. Our property is ideally located less than 500 feet from the Watsonville Cabrillo College campus and just three blocks from the Watsonville Transit Center, offering a quick commute to the Aptos Cabrillo campus.

We have a cultural center, a farmers market, and nationally famous sausage and meat. It's quiet and unique here. Picture apple orchards meet the redwoods. I adore my neighbors and my sense of safety and the peace."
