Admin is terrible, just like the rest of North Penn schools. My brand new bag was broken by kids in 7th grade, and I had to threaten Admin with a report for them to actually check footage- they tried to play it off as "boys will be boys". Kids would block me in the halls in 8th grade, and they didn't care until teachers literally couldn't pass because there was a wall of teenage girls interlocking arms and cackling. Of course, we also had the Stanley incident, where someone was sent to the hospital because she was attacked. The girl who'd attacked her had a history of defiance, as she'd just been transferred to PB after being expelled from all other NP middle schools. Kids reported her for threats and concerning behavior, but Admin did nothing. The day of the attack, I'd even heard kids saying that something was going to happen at lunch. Afterwards, they did not provide sufficient help for those traumatized. And whatever you've heard, it's worse. I can't explain the details, but from what I've been told in eyewitness accounts the news does not do justice. I do not trust the Admin to protect me, and I'd advise you don't, too.

It is very hard to have an active social life in this school, especially if you go to NMTCC. The school is so large, I can and have gone days without even seeing my friends. I have become very depressed because of my social isolation, and how uninteresting the classes are. My physical health is suffering due to anxiety and depression, and I'm worried that I may have to look into alternative schooling options if my mental health plummets too far.

I was told the area has the best schools. But now that my child started K here its been a disappointment. They spend one week learning how to write one letter and that goes on for the whole year. Kids can learn a whole disney song by heart they can do a few letters a week no problem. Second, teacher engagement with parents are zero. I dont know what my child does on a daily basis for the hours they are there. And the only time I get emails from this school is asking parents to donate money. Even though the school taxes are the highest in this portion of the state on top of the recent hike in 2025 and they still act like every parent is made of gold. I ask my friends in NYC whose schools are rated somewhat poorly overall what they're doing. Their kids are already doing simple math problems on top of the alphabet while the "best schools in the county" are learning one letter per week. Make it make sense. If it doesnt make sure you open your wallet here cause you'll gonna be swiping your card on a regular basis
