" NIce medium sized community where most ppl know each other. Healthy community with walking, biking and running trails everywhere. Commute to work is under 15 minutes most places and no more than a 45 minute commute if not. Animal friendly, great hospital and clinics galore!"

"This area is the top area to live for professionals with families. Sopris Elementary is a short walk, and there are parks, trails to about everywhere. Easy to get to town or up-valley. No I 70 traffic noise, 82 is rarely audible. Nice, well cared for homes in the area."
