Absolutely no smoking of any kind is permitted in the home.
Last month's rent is due at signing or can be spread out over the first 3-6 months of tenancy.
One cat is permitted with a $150 pet deposit. The cat must be spayed or neutered with proof shown. No dogs as there is no yard for them and the home has hardwood floors.
