We are a family run business.
There is never a fee to apply!
We collect money only when you sign a rental contract! The address of the apartment I am offering is: 1025 Cousins St., Unit D, Eureka, CA 95501 The rent is $1100 a month.
Security deposit is $1600. Water, Sewer, Garbage, Recycling and Yard Service are all paid by me.
That's roughly $200 per month that you don't have to pay. There is a One Car Garage included which measures 13' by 19' with an extra 8' X 10' storage unit.
This is probably another $150 per month in value. The apartment is located on the third story and has amazing views of the bay.
The bedrooms are large with large closets and extra storage.
The apartment is insulated with double paned windows, gas wall heat and gas water heat and has very low utility bills.
Kitchen includes a new dishwasher, .
The place is warm and clean. Laundry is a coin-op on the ground floor.
We will consider a Cat on a case by case basis with a pet deposit. Showings:
