Nestled by the Roaring Fork River in the neighborhood of East Aspen. Providing privacy and tranquility all while being close enough to town to not have to drive anywhere.

The space
Though technically a "condo", we share just one wall with a neighboring unit. Our open floor plan and giant windows provide two-story ceiling heights and amazing natural light into the kitchen, living and dinning areas.

The living room connects to a generous, fenced-in outdoor space which provides an excellent space for summer dinning, grilling or cozying up by the fire pit on a cold winter night.

We are well situated for families or couples with 3 bedrooms. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king size bed, a private patio and ensuite complete with a walk-in shower and bathtub. The 2 additional bedrooms downstairs have a queen and a full size bed and share access to the downstairs bathroom.

Fully furnished monthly/seasonal rental. Minimum 30-day lease. Rent includes assigned parking, Wi-Fi, water, trash, and standard utilities. No smoking. No subletting. Tenant responsible for any excessive utility usage or damage beyond normal wear. Security deposit and first month's rent due prior to occupancy. Longer seasonal terms may be considered.
