Discover this 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom property with a unique feature - a separate heated and cooled building in the backyard that's perfect for a home office or creative work space.

House needs some updating and minor repairs (bedroom door has hole on back, flooring isn't in great condition) which will not be done, that's why it is below market price rent. Previous tenants left the place a bit of a mess and we don't have time to renovate right now.
