The Owner pays for utilities, lawn service and pest control services. The Tenant is expected to keep the property in a clean and maintained condition. There is a 2 pet limit and cats are not allowed. Please note the tenants are expected to care for and properly clean up after their pets. No smoking, vaping, firearms, glitter or wax candles are allowed on the property. Subletting is not allowed. There is designated off street free parking for up to 2 tenant vehicles. Extended future bookings require a hold fee that is applied to the first months rents. If the lease is cancelled prior to the termination date there is an early termination fee. The lease can be extended with owner's approval. Tenant is expected to do an exit clean and a property condition walk through at the beginning and the end of the lease term.
