Leave the gate open when you are in the alley and secure both when you are done. The mailboxes are located under the stairs at the North - East end. (Key)
The BBQ in the common area is available, please clean the BBQ when finished.
The Recycle containers are located in the South - West corner of the building. (Key)
If you have any issues or need additional supplies, contact the owner.
Turn off lights when not in use. The radiant ceilings in the three areas are off and secured; request use the radiant system when needed for access. Portable heater supplied.
Parking issue in front of the garage, car blocking the driveway. Contact the owner with a photo of the issue, so they can contact the police to deal with the emergency. You may contact the Long Beach Police.
Agree to follow HOA rules provided in the unit, contact the owner if you have any questions or emergencies.
Electricity is held in owners name and billed to the tenant after the 20th each month.
Water and gas is paid for by HOA dues covered in the rent.
