There is a beautiful private backyard with 2 large patios, a canopy for shade, new sectional with a gas fire pit, and two long dining tables each with 10 chairs for entertaining or just enjoying your own family for a barbecue. All Utilities included. Owners live out of state, but are completely available to assist if needed. No pets. 26 Night minimum rental period IAW/Coronado Code. November 1- January 3 currently available for booking.
