Several Berkeley parks are within walking distance. Bike paths crisscross the area making all destinations between the Cal campus and the San Francisco Bay very accessible. Parking is available off street and there's always plenty of parking on the street.

Vibrant natural setting in the large back yard complete with access to multiple mature fruit trees (Fuji and yellow apple, a fledging avocado tree and producing Loquat (now) and persimmon trees) . The grape covered arbor in the back produces more late summer purple grapes than you will know what to do with! There is room in the front planter boxes and the backyard if you want to grow something yourself.
Even on hot days during the summer, the back patio is a comfortable place to be with plenty of shade usling the provided chairs and table. Enjoy outdoor cooking on the propane BBQ for your grilled meals.
