"I have only been here for a year so far, and our neighborhood goes above and beyond for each other. Such a wonderful community that we are proud to be apart of. Only reason why we have to leave is because of our work/ plant closing. But we will definitely be back to visit and stay as close as we can to visit our hang out spots! "
  • Lorib1585

"Indian Point is an island. About one quarter of the folks are full time, the rest are here on weekends during the summer. Almost all have boats, plus kayaks and paddle boards. Lots of dogs, and the neighborhood bar/marina is Captain’s Quarters...lots of live music and fun times."
  • Jlevandow1
"We have neighbors that walk their dogs on leash. We do have wild animals so small animals need to be watched when outside. There are coyotes and also hawks. Even saw a few bald eagles."
  • Emily
"there's a train station, good traffic around town, slows down a little bit near Antioch high school by 73 and main st when school gets out but that's about it."
  • Tracyvllrrl
"we live on water and have a private beach however no lifeguards so keep eye on kids by water "
  • Tracyvllrrl
"There are no sidewalks so you have to walk dogs in road and worry about speeders. Also, the beach area doesn't allow dogs so that's a drag."
  • Felicia A.
"The beautiful walking trails are what makes my neighborhood unique. Additionally, the mature trees and huge oak trees in the protected forests create a natural setting. There’s nearby parks for my children to enjoy which we take full advantage of."
