Enjoy your private, fully fenced backyard oasis that backs up to woods while relaxing in your screened porch. The ''WOW'' factor starts with the curb appeal and continues as you enter the grand foyer. Immediately upon entering is a room to suit whatever your needs are: formal dining, office, workout room. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a walk-in pantry that any serious cook will appreciate. This open concept area is perfect for entertaining and gathering friends and family to watch that biggame. Also downstairs, is a guest bedroom next to a full bathroom with a new (2022) shower. Leave your shoes and coats in the mudroom area adjacent to the attached 2-car garage. NO CARPETS in this home! Hardwoods downstairs and brand new floors upstairs. Two large secondary bedrooms upstairs, full bath between them has a new (2022) shower. The enormous loft area could easily be a second family room or whatever suits your needs. The amazing primary suite is a welcome retreat with its own sitting room, a walk-in closet that will wow you, and the huge spa-like ensuite bathroom has a custom tile double shower and separate soaking tub. This home does not disappoint! The lawn irrigation keeps your grass green. The saltwater pool has a new pool pump (2021) and new chlorinator (2022). Carriage Lane is a neighborhood that is convenient to all things Summerville (10 min), Boeing, Volvo, the Airport, Downtown Charleston, and the beaches.
