We own the business next door to the home, and share parts of a driveway. It is expected that the tenant(s) are respectful of the daily business activities next door.

Tenant is responsible for rent, electric, and natural gas (as well as any non-required items such as internet/cable service).

Water is included in the rent. Trash service is included in the rent (shared dumpster at business owned by landlord, next to home). Snow removal and lawn maintenance (mowing only) is included in the rent.
