Conservative woman with one female roomate looking for a second female roomate in a country home nestled in between the two Table Rocks in Sams Valley (15 minutes north of Medford). There are 2 rooms available, one is actual bedroom and the third 10.5 x 9.5 ft can be rented for a cheaper $600/mo rent,extra storage or a private sitting room Does not have closet or funriture, so would need your own. Located half a mile from Lower Table Rock trailhead. The house sits on 5 acres of countryside with gorgeous views in all directions. It is peaceful and lovely hiking is just down the road. We keep a quiet and tidy space and are looking for someone who shares the same values. This isn't the hang out, party place. No smoking, drunkenness or drugs including marijuana(as I am allergic, so even if you're a trimmer and don't partake that won't work).

3 Large Dogs - 1 outdoor, and 2 indoor that are confined to upstairs and family room. The gate in the hallway to the renters rooms prevents the dogs from begging for cuddles outside your door 24/7.
