"Dog owners would like that they have the poop bags everywhere unfortunately most ppl don’t utilize them smh. There’s alway poop in the grass and on the sidewalks. Pick up after your freaking dogs people! "

"People don’t pick up after their dogs! I’ve also noticed lots of trash on the ground from people just littering. The area also has quite a bit of stray cats that may be an issue for some dog owners."

"The commute to downtown is roughly 30 minutes depending on traffic. The community has great restaurants and grocery stores but your going to need a car or a transit pass. Since I've moved in crime has picked up, so research each area carefully. Some parts of Westchase are better than others. "
