About this House

Super Cute 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom home! This one is clean and sparkles and is waiting just for you! Large living room area as you walk in, Kitchen with a breakfast nook, Good sized bedroom. Next, we are looking for someone who is ready to rent now and has first months rent and a damage deposit of $1000. We also collect a last months rent which is paid in advance or after you move in depending on your credit.

If you are curious about pets, dogs cost $50 extra per month and cats cost $100 extra per month. The utilities are the responsibility of the tenant.
