Renter puts electric in their name and any cable or internet service they choose. No smoking allowed inside & if smoking outside they must be disposed of properly. No more than 2 people are allowed to live in the rental & both must be on lease. Any plumbing issues that are proven to be your fault like flushing items not appropriate or "flushable" wipes causing a plumbing bill will be paid by renter. Subject to inspections with notice to make sure everything is being taken care of. Renter will keep up with changing air filter and any other basic up keep inside the rental. Property owner will take care of lawn, any maintenance on the AC or roof.

Dog park is about 12 minutes, 102nd street can be slow at times. Marina is less than 5 minutes away, only delays are when Anona Elementary on Indian Rocks Road is beginning or ending their day"
