"Amazing neighborhood, great parks and clubhouse. Awesome schools and wonderful amenities."
  • toby s.
"I have lived here for 11 years. Most of this time, we left the doors unlocked (except for night time). I know the police chief and everyone watches out for each other. In fact, I accidentally left the door of my truck open one night. The neighbor sent a text message the next morning asking if everything was ok beause the neighbor across the street said that the police were at the house. It turns out that the police saw the truck door open, shut it, and left a note in the truck reccomending to shut the truck door at night! This is the safest area that I have lived in within the Dallas area and I have lived in Dallass my entire life. Everyone knows each other and this is a community where your kids can stay out "until the street lights come on". Just like in the 60's and 70's when I was a kid. All of the parents watch out for the other kids. its a GREAT area! As far as schools go, they may not be the best compared to highland park or West Plano, but you DO know the teachers and principles on a name by name basis. Again, everyone knows each other here and everyone looks out for one another. "
