Within the Madison School District and walking distance to Central High School. This 1930s home has been freshly painted with newly remodeled kitchen and bath. Kitchen includes New cabinets and New appliances (fridge, gas stove and microwave) There is a small porch at the front of the house and a large storage room with washer and dryer at the back of the house. This is a shared lot with a smaller rental unit at the back of the lot and a shared carport. The backyard space is fenced and separate from the back rental unit.

Must have a strong, verifiable employment/rental history. Renter is responsible for electric (APS), gas (Southwest Gas) and 1/2 of the water bill. A maximum of two pets are allowed with a $150, per pet, deposit. There is a $29 application fee (through Zillow). First and last month's rent (negotiable) due at rental agreement signing. No smoking.

Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."

Also, at times there are coyotes about. Most of the time they run. Away from people, but I imagine owners with small dogs might feel a bit nervous to see one. "
