I have a single bedroom room for rent. I am a working professional and I seek the same. . It is a month to month lease. I have Asthma and so I cannot have any smoking or pets of any kind. Not 420 friendly. There are kitchen privileges as long as you clean up after yourself. Utilities are included I have a swimming pool. 9 feet deep. Washer dryer on site.
