The unit was recently renovated with new flooring, freshly painted interior, appliances, new heater, and new blinds. All appliances are included.

The unit is accessed from the street-level, down a staircase which leads down the side of the house to the 1st floor. The tenant will be responsible for shoveling the staircase in the winter, as needed.

Appliances included: refrigerator, gas range and oven, microwave, garbage disposal, washer and dryer.

Utilities included, unless excessive usage occurs. Utilities include water, trash removal, electricity, & gas.

If you don’t have a tracker or if your dog doesn’t return on command then you might want to think about keeping them on a leash. There is a lot of wild life to make your dog run off and get lost. "
