This is a wonderful 3br, 2 bath home in historic Downtown Murfreesboro.
Since I purchased this home, it has been completely renovated and modernized, including plumbing, electrical, windows, kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, new bathrooms, refinished hardwoods, etc, etc, etc. However, despite all the mechanical improvements, it still has the original wide wooden trim! This is virtually unheard of in a home like this, as most of the time, the trim has been painted over.

The siding is brand new. Stainless Steel Appliances (Fridge, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher) are included. Asphalt driveway.

Washer and dryer hookups in the house, but, they are not included.

Tenant pays water and electric. There is no gas.

No dogs. I will allow 1 cat.

The requirements are the standard stuff. I do a credit check, criminal background check, and an eviction history report. I do NOT care about student loans or medical bills, or score. I am looking for content. Having an eviction, or owing money to an old landlord or apartment complex is an immediate disqualifier.
