This Rental is A gently used 2019 Clayton 14X60 mobile home, 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. It sits on a shaded lot along quite Gordon Street on the southside of Sumter SC. This is near the Historic Downtown Sumter and 15Min from Shaw AFB. If requested utilities can be included for additional fee. This unit has washer and dry connections, stove, dishwasher, fridge and deep freezer included.

Renter pays utilities however if requested it can be included for an additional charge. No pets, smoking is permitted in this unit. Parking is only allowed in the designated area to avoid damage to the sewer and water taps/meter. Lease term is 1year, other term requests maybe entertained but that will increase the rate if the term is less than 1 year.
