Which usually covers the month. Sometimes the Tennant went over the solar coverage and would have to pay an additional to Edison for what the solar didn't cover. It never exceeded 30-50 dollars. All other utilities Tennant is also responsible, Gas, Trash and water bill. Water bill includes water, sewage street sweeping.

We ask our tenants for no smoking in the house.

The streets aren't safe, and even your home isnt safe. Our family left for a week, only to find our home broken into.
