Looking for clean, responsible male roommates who are easy to get along with and respectful of shared spaces.

Experience has shown that sometimes, we have roommates who are not a good fit, so we have chosen to have month-to-month rental agreements for the rare instance that we need to make a change for the good of all the residents. Most residents stay for more than a year.
Residents are expected to respect each other by cleaning up after themselves whenever they use common areas. Residents agree among themselves how to keep the common area clean.

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am a sophomore in the band program at mesa high. I would like to say I enjoy this school but there needs to be some updates. The school board focuses on student athletics, don't get me wrong but there are so many other great programs at this school, for example, our clubs, the performing arts program, our AP classes, our FAFSA program, etc... But here's the thing teachers are great, except the students, but the board does not. I will say that I was not doing ok mentally but we have our awesome social workers, and they will help. This school also helps with getting college credits early WE have the ACE program and many dual enrollment classes. One thing I wish they did is to give the band a senior poster, because other schools do it, all of the sports have senior posters, so why can't we? The seniors put in lots of hard work for what they do. The teachers here are great I just wish the school board would focus on other things than sports. 3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTerrible school. Getting a meeting with the principal is so hard, you have better luck winning the lottery than to get an appointment with arbo. She allows bullying, said kindergarten students dont deserve a graduation ceremony because they haven’t accomplished anything and that her daughters didn’t have a ceremony and became outstanding adults. A substitute teacher spanked a kindergarten student and she allowed it, didn’t do anything about it and still allowed the sub to come back to sub for the same teacher!
