Great news, water bill is included in the lease up to $50 per quarter, tenant responsible for all other utilities. No large breed dogs allowed, other pets considered as detailed. Initial lease is for 1 year with month to month available after 1st year. $1900 security deposit and 1st months rent required at lease signing.
