"I live in downtown. Most places are closed down and it is bad for business and tourism. It is not near close as fun as downtown St Petersburg. It is more for older people or people who like quiet neighborhood. You should be careful leaving anything in your car because they break into cars often. "

"I don’t consider Clearwater unique. Downtown is small but lovely. However, there are many empty storefronts Most of the Cleveland Street downtown people walking around are Scientologists. The beach is 3 miles away which is nice. "
