"Itโ€™s dog friendly and expected that owners will keep their dogs leashed and scoop their poop. "
  • Juddde
"Our neighborhood has a low turnover of folks moving out. We have added more kids in the neighborhood over the last couple years but the neighborhood is still home to many stable older and stable members. "
  • Juddde
"Most residents are pet-friendly. Nearly all dog owners keep their dogs on a leash when walking their dogs. Makes for a nicer neighborhood. "
  • Kim Forrest
"Huge yards with lots of wildlife visitors."
  • Kathy Mccormick
"Living in this neighborhood for over 25 years. Always feel safe, itโ€™s clean and majority of people take pride in their yard and home. Close to Old Town activities and shopping. Just have patience with traffic. "
  • Miranda Frye
"Honestly not a bad commute at all, coming from a girl born and raised in WV. Whatโ€™s 30 minutes to me, might be a little different for someone else. It doesnโ€™t bother me, itโ€™s the perfect balance of city / suburbia / charm for me. Iโ€™m familiar with the area as well, so I will always love Manassas, Fairfax, Centreville, Gainesville, all of the above. "
  • Richslea
"Dog walkers, runners, families and couples walking by often. Very dog friendly. Plenty of dog places to run."

"Itโ€™s a good neighbourhood , I moved here from india. My job is in Manassas only. I feel this neighbourhood is good and safe. For me surprisingly the rent is super high but I could find any houses with less rent. Grocery stores and all very near by, for me Costco , Walmart is just 5 mins drive ( less than 3 miles ) Weโ€™ve a lot of shops near by so Even if you donโ€™t have a car , you can still manage to get some groceries to survive but have to walk around 1-1.5 miles I feel itโ€™s save donโ€™t know why but I got the gut feeling "
  • Trulia User
"The community has its pros and cons, pros there are lots of families and things to do very close to each other, cons.. after dark always be on watch. "
