Cottage for rent, available now.

400 square feet, plus loft storage area. Amenities include: In-house washer/dryer, internet, water and wastewater, trash and recycling, private deck, off-street parking with easy (or handicap) access to the cottage, garden space, close to a park and bike path. It is in a nice quiet green neighborhood, and close to downtown. Rented by owner, no property management company.

Most of the furniture shown in the photos is gone. I'm happy to remove the remaining furniture, or you can select what is useful to you. Let me know what you prefer.

Pets are allowed after a pet interview. Dogs that bark often would not be a good fit.

I plan to review applications for a short time, then make an offer.

The cottage is available for viewing most weeknights after 5:30pm, and most weekend days. Please call if you have questions!

Credit and background check paid by prospective tenant, 650+ credit desired but negotiable.
1st month and security deposit to move in + $300 pet deposit per pet, if applicable.
Minimum 6-month lease is negotiable.
Tennant is expected to do minimal yard work exterior to the cottage, ~1 hour per week.
