Saves from having to put down deposits with utility companies and pay one bill for the month and be done! Would only be responsible for cable if tenant(s) want. House is also equipped with 'Ring' home security system and access is also included in rent. Big open living room with vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light. Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. Lovely dark wood laminate in all common areas, carpeted bedrooms, and tiled bathrooms. Deep clean and carpet steaming will be completed prior to tenant move in. Tons of closets and storage, with ample parking as well. There is even a chicken coop ready to use if you so choose! *Must obtain landlord approval prior to use* We are pet friendly, we just ask for a meet and greet with the pet and $250 pet fee (per pet)* 2 pets max * at time of lease signing. If breed on our insurance's restricted breeds, we would just require you obtain your own insurance liability for your pet pending meet and greet. -In order to secure residence, tenant(s) will be asked to complete an application at $60 per person (anyone 18 years and older), a one time $150 administrative fee, and security deposit equal to monthly rent ($1395). Security deposit will secure residence so that it will not be shown until approval and once approved, will hold property up to 15 calendar days. -If tenant only wishes to apply, we treat on a first come, first serve basis but will continue to show property until deposit received. At time of lease signing we will require full first month's rent along with any applicable pet fees. If lease is completed after the first of the month, a prorated amount will be calculated and due the following month after move in. 12 month lease only, no short term leases, rent to own, etc. For rental purposes only, no subleasing. Come be part of Florida's nature coast region and live within 15 minutes from many parks including Weeki Wachee Springs State Park and Crews Lake Wilderness Park. Only a 5 minute drive to Seven Hills Plaza (Planet Fitness, Subway, Walgreens, Winn Dixie, Amscot, food and banks), Spring Hill library, YMCA, Seven Hills golfers club, Donnelly's deli, and Adventure Coast Fun Park. Take part in a wine tasting at the Strong Tower Vineyard & Winery or Masaryk Winery, go see some tigers at the Wildlife Survival Sanctuary, pick some produce at Sweetfields farm, or hit the beach, all less than 20-30 min away!
