Elementary and middle schools are within a 5 minute walk and the High School is less than a 10 minute walk.
Lots of families in this neighborhood. There is no Homeowner's Association, but the homes here are relatively nice due to simple pride that runs throughout this friendly area. A good mix of blue collar and professionals here and everyone seems to love the outdoors.
