1 month minimum lease. Fully furnished. Leases over 90 days, renter assumes electricity. Small dog(s) allowed with $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. No smoking unit.
 Pricing adjusts based on seasonal rent:
Low Season May - Oct $2600 a month
Mid Season April, Nov, Dec $3,200 a month
High Season January, February, March $4,500 a month
Rent covers all utilities with $150 credit towards monthly electric bill. Tenant will pay the difference based on APS metering. Leases over 90 days, renter assumes all electricity.

As a reminder, each person over the age of 18 must complete and submit a
separate application.
Applicants who do not meet minimum screening standards will not be
approved.
**Minimum lease qualification standards:
1) Applicant(s) must have current photo identification and a valid social
security number.
2) Applicant's monthly household income must exceed three times the rent.
All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not
be considered.
3) Applicant's must receive positive references from all previous landlords
for the previous 5 years.
4) Applicant(s) may not have any evictions or unpaid judgements from
previous landlords.
5) Applicant(s) must exhibit a responsible financial life. Credit score
must be minimum of 650.
6) A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18.
Applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility.
7) Applicant(s) must be a non-smoker.
8) Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom.

No Cats allowed. Small dogs must not exceed 40lbs with a limit of 2 dogs per unit.
