House is located in a country setting surrounded by farms and pecan trees. It is 5-minutes or less to downtown Bixby and access to those conveniences. Downtown Tulsa is an easy 30-minute commute. Bixby middle school, high school, and central intermediate/elementary are down the street.

Rent includes lawn mowing services and use of the out-building. Fully furnished is not included with the rent, but it can be added if desired. A monthly cleaning appointment can be added for an additional $150/ month.

There is a large shop building at the back of the property that is not included.

    "I partially grew up in this neighborhood. I have fond memories of playing with the neighbor kids across the street. We lived next to an elderly woman who would yell at us if our football got in her yard. We had ducks and chickens. It was a pretty quiet neighborhood. "

    "Bentley park is nearby! It has a splash pad and lots of slides and fun things for the kids to do. Near Bentley park is a nice trail that leads along the river. It’s great for exercising and just getting outside with the kids. Always feel really safe and the passerby’s are very friendly and kind. "
