About this House

As mentioned in pictures, we just renovated our bathroom countertops and installed new toilets. This property is less than five minutes away from the Texas A&M - Commerce University campus. Looking to rent out to growing families but open to renting to responsible college students studying in the area.

I used to live in this house and it's such a quiet neighborhood. I would've loved to spend more time here but have to relocate due to work.

No utilities are included in rent. No smoking. Furniture can be available for tenant if requested but does come with a flat rate deposit (not master bedroom furniture - I'm moving out with that sorry). Minimum 1 year lease agreement.
