Landlord pays for water and sewer. Small dogs and cats are allowed with additional pet rent. No smoking is allowed on the property.
We apply to all candidates a standard ideal move-in date of within 2 weeks from application approval. Credit score must be greater than 650 (see below). Income must be 3x Rent. We will not accept past evictions, judgments, or collections from a management company or landlord.
