About this House

If you want to live in Putney, there's a really nice studio apartment available on Main Street near the Post Office.

In fact! There are actually a lot of apartments on Main Street and as we all know, soon there'll be a lot more housing available in Putney -the two new buildings near the co-op.

If I were looking, though, I would rather live in a nice, quiet, smaller apartment building.

101 Main is non smoking, brand-spanking new small apartment building with one apartment open. It has only 3 other apartments and an office with the landlord living in the building. The available studio apartment, which is 368 sq ft, includes all utilities - heat, hot water, sewer, electric, off-street parking and trash removal. Washer/dryer in the unit. No smoking, no pets.

Property is income restricted to $51,000.

"I work from home but drive down to Bradley airport for work travel. It’s about 1h 20 min. It’s easier than going to Boston, which can be rather bad for traffic. "
