If you want to live in Putney, there's a really nice studio apartment available on Main Street near the Post Office.
In fact! There are actually a lot of apartments on Main Street and as we all know, soon there'll be a lot more housing available in Putney -the two new buildings near the co-op.
If I were looking, though, I would rather live in a nice, quiet, smaller apartment building.
101 Main is non smoking, brand-spanking new small apartment building with one apartment open. It has only 3 other apartments and an office with the landlord living in the building. The available studio apartment, which is 368 sq ft, includes all utilities - heat, hot water, sewer, electric, off-street parking and trash removal. Washer/dryer in the unit. No smoking, no pets.
Property is income restricted to $51,000.
