:-) This is a large one bedroom in the City of Monroe that will be available February 1st. It has 700 ft. is and is on the first floor of the duplex. The home offers tall ceilings, a lot of natural light, parking, basement storage and laundry hook ups. The home is within walking distance to everything that you need and want in the city. Pet friendly. The price includes up to one pet. Additional pets are allowed at $50 per month. After sending me a message, I will give you my phone number so that you can call me, and I will be able to answer all of your questions. I am sorry that do not have any more pictures at this time. This is for due to the fact that the same tenant had lived in the property since 1982. The home will be updated during the month of January.

    "All of my neighbors look out for each other. We have eachothers backs without being too nosey. Most of us have surveillance cameras setup around the outside of our homes so it would be incredibly difficult for a crime to happen and no one notice it. Its a very secure and safe feeling."
