We have on site 24-hour emergency maintenance to take care of all your maintenance needs. Our kitchens are equipped with a stove, range oven, dishwasher, fridge and a garbage disposal! We are pet friendly with certain breed restrictions on dogs. These homes are in a great quiet community that is just minutes away from multiple restaurants and shopping centers! Pet Policy: Up to two pets are allowed with not weight limit in place. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 and this cover both pets. There are certain breed restrictions on dogs.

The neighbors have two impaired individuals living with them, and aside from feeding them, do little else to insure either their neighbor’s safety, or providing any sort of shelter for these two grown men."

I typically drive through neighborhoods to get to work, which means there are kids and pets that’ll run across the street from time to time. Other than work I use the main roads and there is never heavy traffic, and very few inconsiderate drivers."
