"I've lived in this neighborhood for 11 plus years. The people are friendly and I love how walking friendly it is. I can walk to get groceries, go to restaurants, and stores. My work hours are not 9:00 to 5:00 so I've not had a problem with traffic. I've also enjoyed being so close to everything yet able to enjoy the quiet and peace in this particular neighborhood."

"I work at the nearby hospital, so the traffic is HORRIBLE! Even though I live approximately 3 minutes away it takes me 5-10 minutes to get to work in the morning and 10-15 minutes on the way home in the evening. "

"Near North Central High School, good food and very close to night life and entertainment. This area is a hidden gem with little turnover in homes. Great place to live and only 15 minutes to downtown Indianapolis, Carmel and Fishers"

"Washington Township has outstanding schools. There are several private schools in the area. Multiple shopping and restaurant venues are within 3 to 10 min drive. Easy access to highways, downtown. Nature walking areas and lake in the community - a spectacular setting, and still not too far out. "
