Safe, quiet neighborhood, commuting can be rough going into ATL, exit 9 gets packed at any time of the day. It is ATL, so that’s not expected. But you can avoid other traffic by not living right near the mall."

Lake Lanier is 38,000 acres and covers 3 counties. Many spirting events occur on the lake. Of course, boating, wave boarding, and skiing are popular in the lake. Lanier Islands beach and waterpark is the biggest draw on the lake. "
