Description

New roof 2020, siding repair and new paint all around 2021, some indoor remodeling done but more needed especially since 2021 freeze. Comfortable home, open floorplan living room/dining room/kitchen, 2 large bedrooms adequate for king or queen size bed, smaller middle bedroom suitable for 1 or 2 children with bunk twin beds. Lots of storage in kitchen/dining room area for dishes and such. Utility room is large enough for full-size washer and dryer and an upright freezer or small chest freezer, room for storage. Garden tub in home, area could be converted to storage if tub not needed as was our plan. Front bathroom remodeled, tub removed, and large walk-in shower added in space where tub sat.
