Fenced Back Yard - 6' Privacy Fence, brick backyard patio, raised garden beds, and a side yard (works great as a dog run or additional yard space).

Old Home - Sears Craftsman Bungalow, wood accents throughout home, hardwood floors. Lots of character - over 100 years old with built in cabinets, walk-in closet, and full size basement*

Garage - nothing beats starting your car in the winter and not having to scrape ice and snow for 20 minutes. In addition to the garage the driveway offers parking for up to 2 additional vehicles (allowing a total of 3 cars to be parked off-street on the property.

Basement - (Tornadoes exist here, it's an important safety factor).

Convenient Location:
1.23 Miles to the University of Illinois
0.75 Miles to the Urbana Farmers Market
1.00 Miles to Downtown Urbana
On the Bus Line

*Basement Details: 1 side finished, perfect for relaxing/hanging out and 1 side left partially finished, great for projects, laundry room, etc...). The finished side was a great family room for us; the basement stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The other side functions as a laundry room/utility room - the perfect place to deal with projects or a mess.

Property is leasing now, we are showing and accepting applications.

Pets require a meet & greet with the property manager and may require a non-refundable deposit (determined on a pet by pet basis). All pets are different, we've had 4 retired military service dogs ((Belgian Malinois) in a home once - renting to them is a little different than renting a home with a tiny kitten. So we do it on a case by case basis. We are pet people and want to ensure the home is a great fit for you and your pets.)
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Trulia. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources. This description is from October 05, 2024
