We are looking for sociable and respectful individuals to join the apartment. The other 3 rooms are occupied by two males that work full-time and a male UW student. One individual owns a friendly dog.

The house is walking distance to the capitol and near James Madison park and all the new nightlife popping up on E Washington.

The house has a large front porch and sizeable back yard with a fire pit. This apartment is on the second floor, with a small balcony on the front and a 4 seasons room in the back. 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom. Washer/dryer and storage room in the basement.

Security deposit and first month's rent due at signing.

Pets can be allowed in this apartment with a Pet Addendum that increases the monthly rent by $50/mo. All roommates must also agree that the pet is allowed.
