About this House

Quaint three bedroom, one bathroom home freshly painted with new flooring and newly installed fencing surrounding large front and backyards. The home is situated within walking distance of McKinley Elementary, Emerson Middle School and Vista High School just blocks from Brundage Lane and Albertsons in quiet neighborhood. Room for secured parking for two vehicles in driveway.

Owner pays for water. Renter is responsible for gas ,electric, garbage and trash disposal, cable, internet, telephone and rootering services. Any items damaged that are not due to normal wear and tear are the responsibility of the tenant.

Late Fee. If any payment of Basic Rent is delinquent, a late fee in the amount of 5% of the Basic Rent then will be due and owing. Any Late Fees shall be deemed to be a part of the Basic Rent.

No pets, whether those owned or maintained by renter shall be allowed on the premises at any time. No smoking allowed. Tenant may have guests on the premises for not over 14 consecutive days or 28 days in a calendar year, and no more than two guests per bedroom at any one time.

Throughout the term of this rental, tenants (s) are responsible for sole cost and expense of keeping premises clean and orderly, free of debris and rubbish and the watering of front and back lawn. Lessor will provide lawn services for front and back yards.
