"Neighbors are annoying and they get on your business. They called the city on me many times .but overall is a quiet neighborhood. And safe "
  • Zarenna A.
"It's bad. Tagging everywhere on the buildings and they're infested with bed bugs, roaches and mice. They make excuses not to fix anything. Neighbors are nice but change quickly. Lots of seniors as well."
  • lwinoo2002
"I've lived there over 6 years, very quiet and the best neighborhood. Very clean and nice place to live. Close to go to school and shopping around. I love it. "
  • Isela Lopez
"It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood for the most part. Never felt unsafe either. Neighbors are friendly and look out for one another. Never had any packages stolen for the most part as well. Living here is peaceful and comfortable. Getting to your location is pretty easy as well there’s kids walking home all the time. "
  • Trulia User
"it's quiet and beautiful I feel like it would be a great place to raise a family. plus later in the future you could use the home to air b n b and rent it out to people who want to come and party"
  • Trulia User
"I live here for 6 months and plan to move because of the noise from builders in the neighborhood. It’s just to much in the early mornings to hear. People dump trash everywhere. Just nasty."
  • Trulia User
"It’s not very popular, but it’s quiet. I feel safe enough to walk around at night and I feel like it’s a pretty good neighborhood there’s not too many homeless around or wonders."
  • Trulia User
"it's ok, it's right next to a nice school and they clean the bus stop weekly packages are safe they don't steal them parking is very well you would have a few fights every now and then of course they do fireworks but relatively it's quiet and peaceful of course you get people pulled over for speeding but that's it nothing too crazy. the neighbors are friendly they will greet you, you may have a few outside barbecuing or having a smoke or family but they don't bother nobody"
  • Trulia User
"There are crimes commited every day, every where. West Las Vagas have plenty of working class people who appreciate the values given to vagas residents. "
  • Richard F.
"lots of other dog owners. people tend to not pick up after their pets. most apartments provide a outside pet play area"
  • Celiachall
"This is a low income area and is not really safe for kids traveling alone to and from school. "
  • Ronjcol
"Living in this area you may stress concern if you should attend a community event. Most would answer with an easy NO. "
  • Ronjcol
"Dog owners mostly walk dogs during the day time. I'd keep away from other dogs and often times some dogs do get out and roam the street. "
  • Stevenkilgore
"to much violent people and there is no grass for dogs to play in. there's people that brake into your home at night when you ar not there and dont care about the environment"
  • Tiffany B.
"Lived here for awhile. most of the neighbors are friendly and look out for each other. Markets are near by but I do t recommend walking alone at night unless you have some protection and your dog is trained."
  • Johnnydowner24
"There are many crazy people around my neighborhood sometimes I have to act tuff just to feel safe you know. older neighbors are cool to see and have small talk ..."
  • Dorothea B.
"mostly quiet for a well traveled area. I 've only lived here for 5 months. its well lit at night, and pretty close to everything including the bus stops, laundromats and gas station, post office and social services."
  • Crystal B.
"People in this area a friendly and look out for each other! I really enjoy this neighborhood. The grocery store (Walmart) is not too far away (about a 5 min drive) and there is a Smiths about a 15 min drive away. The Community Center and Library is not far away either!"
