This beach studio was designed with no expenses spared on even small details like quality towels and linens. Enjoy small touches like a vintage bistro table, handmade furniture from India, full kitchen with GE stainless appliances, hardwood floors, quartz and granite countertops. Studio is upstairs with Heating & AIR conditioning and a shared large capacity washer/dryer. Two custom closets, one closet has four large drawers with single hang above and the other closet is double hang.

There is a separate entrance with a beautifully landscaped private patio area to enjoy. Studio is upstairs with no adjoining walls for added privacy. Motion detector lights provide plenty of light in the evening. Shared washer and dryer. A combination lock provides access at all times and added security. Ample street parking.

The location couldn't be better! It's located in a quiet area, ideal for a good night sleep but you can walk to restaurants, bars and shops - Solterra Winery, Papagayo Restaurant, Regal Seagull, MRKT Space, Duck Foot Brewing , Surfy Surfy Coffee etc.
It's only a 5 minute walk to Beacons beach. :)

Six months or longer $2,400 per month. One month is $3,000, Two months $2,800, Three-Five months $2,600.
This location is highly desirable and most tenants stay 6-12 months. Rent based on single occupancy. No Parties, sorry no pets. $45 application fee -full Credit and background check.

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."

Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
