Studio is upstairs with Heating & AIR conditioning and a large capacity washer/dryer. Two custom closets, one closet has four large drawers with single hang above and the other closet is double hang.

There is a separate entrance with a beautifully landscaped private patio area to enjoy. Studio is upstairs with no adjoining walls for added privacy. In unit washer and dryer. Motion detector lights provide plenty of light in the evening. A combination lock provides access at all times and added security. Ample street parking.

The location couldn't be better! It's located in a quiet area, ideal for a good night sleep but you can walk to restaurants, bars and shops - Solterra Winery, Papagayo Restaurant, Regal Seagull, Duck Foot Brewing , Surfy Surfy Coffee etc.
It's only a 5 minute walk to Beacons beach. :)

Year lease $2,750 monthly, Six month lease $3,200 monthly, Three month lease $4,200 monthly.
This location is highly desirable. Rent based on single occupancy. No Parties, sorry no pets. $45 application fee -full Credit and background check. Applicants must have a 700 credit score or higher.

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."

Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
