Due to insurance requirements, Rottweilers, pit bulls, and certain other high-risk breeds are not permitted. All pet deposits are fully refundable provided no pet-related damage occurs. These policies help us protect the home while continuing to offer pet-friendly housing, which many property management companies no longer provide. We appreciate responsible pet owners who take pride in caring for both their pets and the property.

Tenants are responsible for utilities, yard maintenance, and trash service.

Prospective tenants may view available homes Monday through Friday by checking out a key from our office between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM. A valid driver's license or government-issued photo ID and a $20 cash deposit are required and will be returned when the key is brought back the same day by 4:30 PM. Our office is located at 3048 South Clifton Avenue, Suite 100, Springfield, Missouri.

    "Most everyone had a dog, but the issue is that some owners will leave their otherwise indoor dogs outside in their fenced backyard all day. One in particular is old, blind, and barks continuously from the moment he is put outside until he is brought back inside... which can be hours and usually begins around 7a. Not the most awesome thing for the person next door who works nights."
