2 bedroom 1 bath on corner lot backed up to 30 or so wooded acres(no neighbors behind house)

newly remodeled and all new paint, brand new central hvac being installed .includes fridge and stove, available right now.

This house is on a corner lot and there are 30 wooded acres right behind house. It's like being in the country in city limits, you could literally deer hunt from the back porch(archery because in city limits)

if you want to view house you have to apply through zillow and i will put link to listing on here or you can just search zillow in paris TN as there are not that many listings on there.

I am sorry I may not respond on messenger or through facebook but facebook has become so full of scammers trying to infiltrate rental listings and scam people out of background check money etc.

you will have to pay zillow for background check but I do not handle that part of it anymore but zillow is #1 real estate app in the country and does not allow scammers like facebook!

small pets are allowed(its a small house!) with deposit and pet fee every month

renter is responsible for utilities. renter is responsible for yard maintenance(mowing etc)

"Great place mainly retirement not much for kids to do, high drug use opioids and such, lot of restaurants for food and about 20-30 min away is Paris landing great fishing spot, lot of good some bad just like any town "

"I’ve lived here for over seven years. In the military it’s very veteran and military friendly area. Small government small community. Everybody knows everybody. Good grade in elementary schools and junior high. Roads are well-maintained."
